Lead-Times

All of our work is handmade to order so there is a little wait while we make your order for you. Workload levels during a given year varies which means our lead-times can also vary.

We typically ensure that all online sign orders are delivered within 6 weeks. Please contact us if you have a deadline or special occasion and we will confirm the earliest delivery date.

Returns

Returns would need to requested be within 28 days of original delivery and the product would need to be still be in its delivered state (I.e. has not been installed or fitted). Subject to our terms and conditions.
