Lead-Times

All of our work is handmade to order so there is a little wait while we make your order for you. Workload levels during a given year varies which means our lead-times can also vary.

We typically ensure that all weathervane orders are delivered within 6 weeks of order. Read the ‘Lead-Time tab below for more information including Christmas and special occasions.

Returns

Returns would need to requested be within 28 days of original delivery and the product would need to be still be in its delivered state (I.e. has not been installed, fitted and then removed). Subject to our terms and conditions.
